ஒரு கணம் சிந்திக்கிறேன்............ நான் இந்த கட்டுரையை எழுதிய தின் காரணம் வினோதமானது. ஒருமுறை ரயிலில் பயணம் செய்து கொண்டு இருந்தபோது சக பிரயாணி இந்த மஹான் குறித்த பழைய புத்தகத்தைப் படித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்தார். அவரிடம் பேசிக்கொண்டு செல்கையில் இந்த மஹானைக் குறித்து அறிந்து கொண்டதும், அந்த புத்தகத்தை வாங்கி சற்று படித்துப் பார்த்தேன். அந்த மஹான் ஒரு சித்த புருஷர் என்பதாக அந்த வழிப்போக்கர் கூறினார். அந்த புத்தகம் சென்னையை சேர்ந்த பிரேமா பிரசுரம் என்பவர்களால் வெளியிடப்பட்டு இருந்ததாக நியாபகம் உள்ளது. ஆனால் அந்த புத்தகம் மீண்டும் எங்குமே கிடைக்கவில்லை. 2005 ஆம் வாக்கில் அந்த மஹானைப் பற்றியக் கதையை சில தமிழ் மாத இதழ்களுக்கு அனுப்பினேன். அவை பிரசுரம் ஆகவில்லை. அதன் காரணமும் தெரியவில்லை. காலம் ஓடியது. நான் என்னுடைய வலைதளத்தில் ஆன்மீக கட்டுரைகளை எழுதத் துவங்கியதும் மறக்காமல் மனதில் ஓடிக் கொண்டு இருந்த அந்த மகானின் கதையை 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியிட்டேன். பல இடங்களிலும் பல்வேறு வகைகளிலும் அவர் குறித்த படங்களைத் தேடியும் ஒன்று கூட கிடைக்கவில்லை. நான் பல சித்தர்களை ...

  ............ .Rumination on past Once wh ile I was travelling in a train, I came to know of this Mahan from a co- passenger who was reading a book on Vi d ayapuram Mahan. The book was very old, may be from a second hand book shop. I vaguely remember the publisher to be Prema Prasuram from Royapettah, Chennai, Tamilnadu. On way he narrated me the story of Vi d ayapuram Mahan in brief and I went through the book shortly. I  remember that in the year 2005 or so I had sent this story to some of the Tamil monthlies, but nobody published it, not aware of the reason. Later when I started writing on spiritual masters and temples I had an urge to write on the Swamigal. With the story still fresh in my mind then I penned the article in the year 2010. Even after search in different places and websites I could not either get photo of this great Mahan or the life story whom the passenger claimed was one of the Siddah Purush. I have heard of many stories...

மரத்தின் அடியில் ஸ்வாமிகள் அமர்ந்திருந்த  அதே காட்சியில் வரையப்பட்ட படம். அதன்  அடியில் உள்ள படம் ஸ்வாமிகள் அமர்ந்து  கொண்டு இருந்த நிலையில் சமாதியில்  அடக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டபோது எடுத்த படம் இந்த உலகில் கடந்த பல நூற்றாண்டுகளில் பல்வேறு இடங்களிலும் மாபெரும் ஆன்மீக மகான்களும் தெய்வீகப் பிறவிகளும் தோன்றி மறைந்து உள்ளனர். அப்படி அவதரித்த தெய்வீகப் பிறவிகளில் ஆதி சங்கரர், இரமண மகரிஷி, சேஷாத்ரி மகான், சீரடி சாயிபாபா போன்றவர்கள் உண்டு. ஆனால் சில தெய்வீக அவதாரங்கள் மட்டும் பலருக்கும் தெரியாத வகையில் சிலருக்கு மட்டுமே தெரியும்படி இருந்து விட்டு மறைவது ஏன் என்பது தெரியவில்லை. அப்படிப்பட்ட அவதாரங்களைக் குறித்து அவர்கள் மறைவுக்குப் பின்னரே வெளி உலகிற்கு தெரியவரத் துவங்குகின்றது. அந்த வழியில் தோன்றி மறைந்த  அவதாரப் புருஷர்களில் ஒருவரே ஒடுக்கத்தூர் ஸ்வாமிகள் என அழைக்கப்பட்டவர். அவருடைய இளமைக் கால வரலாறு குறித்து அதிகம் தெரியவில்லை. அது பற்றி அவருடன் சம காலத்தில் பழகிய சிலர் மூலமே அங்கொன்றும், இங்கொன்றுமாக செய்திகள் கிடைத்து உள்ளன. ஆனால் அவர் செய்து காட்டி...
